As part of their long-term commercial strategy, they are now looking to appoint a Global Business Development Manager to take ownership of several high-value OEM accounts across industrial and energy sectors. THE ROLE You will manage a small portfolio of key OEM clients – major global names with complex requirements and long-term potential. This is not a reactive role. You'll be expected to map out the decision-making units within each account, lead customer engagement strategies, and identify opportunities to grow revenue through new applications, projects, and design-led solutions. Internally, you'll work closely with design, engineering, and estimating teams to build robust, tailored proposals. You'll also lead and develop a small commercial support team. This is a senior-level position with excellent visibility across the business and a strong platform for career progression. ABOUT YOU You're an experienced strategic account manager or business development professional with a track record of working with large OEM clients. A background in engineering, manufacturing, or technical industrial products is essential, and you'll be confident operating across multiple stakeholders in a global business environment. You understand complex sales processes and enjoy driving growth in established accounts.
