This role will serve as the operational HR lead to the Trust, ensuring compliance with UK employment law while proactively providing guidance and support to business unit leaders and managers. The HR Manager drives continuous improvement in HR practices, leads employee communication, and enhances manager capability through training, and helps develop policies and programmes to foster a positive, productive, and engaged workforce. Additionally, the role involves analysing HR data, providing decision-making support to managers, and contributing to overall organisational success. This role is part of the Business Resources team and will collaborate with colleagues across the Trust to support the achievement of our strategic goal, specifically within the 'Organisational Effectiveness, Capacity & Culture' strand of the Trust’s strategy, as well as its supporting objectives.
