As a Business Improvement Lead, you will:

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in process improvement and transformation within a large organisation.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Business Improvement, or related field.
* Strong project management skills and ability to lead large-scale initiatives.
* Analytical skills to assess processes and quantify improvements.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Adaptability to navigate complex and changing environments.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Certifications such as Six Sigma (Green/ Black Belt), Lean, or similar methodologies.
* Experience with ERP systems and process modelling tools.
* Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Adaptability to changing conditions.
* Experience with process mining platforms.
