The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of health, safety, and statutory compliance across the portfolio - with a particular focus on non-fire-related compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping of all statutory and regulatory compliance documentation.
* Monitor, track and update compliance schedules across a range of areas including water hygiene, gas safety, lift maintenance, and electrical compliance.
* Liaise with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of inspections, servicing, and remedial works.
* Assist in the coordination of audits and compliance reporting.
* Support the delivery of a safe and legally compliant environment for students, staff, and visitors in line with company policies and legislative requirements.
* Proactively identify and raise any compliance risks or issues and support in implementing corrective actions.
