Due to continued growth, an opportunity has now arisen for a Marketing Assistant to support our Belfast office.
We are seeking an ambitious and creative college or university graduate with marketing skills to support the day-to-day marketing operations across the firm. The Marketing Assistant will also work closely with Human Resources to support internal communications and administrative duties within our office.
The role will include:
1. Updating website content across various sites, including blogging and other content creation
2. Daily social media activity
3. Managing the customer database
4. Administrative maintenance including timeline calendar, results and meeting notes
5. Supporting internal communications
6. Undertaking market research
7. Event organisation
8. Create adverts and manage recruitment advertising
9. Assist with some HR responsibilities as part of administrative duties
10. Any other tasks as directed
The ideal candidate will:
1. Have some marketing, events and/or administrative experience (preferably in the professional services or financial sector)
2. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
3. Possess excellent organisational skills
4. Be confident working on their own and as part of a team, and using their initiative
5. Be happy to take on new challenges
