The Role
We're currently looking for an Office Manager to join the team and support the smooth running of their fast-paced business environment. You'll also provide secretarial support to the CEO.
This is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover, with the potential for extension or further development. It's a full-time role with a requirement to be in the office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities:
1. Front of house office management covering; main reception, greeting visitors & clients, office car-park co-ordination and filtering inbound calls.
2. First point of call for all general queries.
3. Ensure the office is kept tidy.
4. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
5. Collection and distribution of all post and deliveries.
6. Assist the booking of team travel arrangements.
7. Maintenance and upkeep of the internal and external office structure, such as office furniture, electrical appliances, ensuring that all of these are in working order.
8. Liaise with vendors, service providers and building management.
9. Support the company in the office compliance with H&S and fire regulations.
10. Maintain drinks, food, and office stationery inventory.
11. Liaising with all suppliers (e.g., cleaners, maintenance, building, etc).
12. Organise meetings, conference calls, gatherings, events & parties.
Requirements:
1. Ability to work effectively and respond well under pressure.
2. Strong attention to detail.
3. Ability to use initiative and apply sound decision-making skills whilst understanding that some matters need to be referred to others.
4. Flexible, co-operative and supportive team player.
5. Computer literate with experience of MS Office, O365 and MS Teams/Zoom or similar.
6. Extensive administration and support experience.
7. Strong work ethic and can-do attitude.
8. Highly desirable - experience working within a creative, digital environment.
