A leading European company specializing in engineering and construction solutions, delivering innovative projects for global corporations across different sectors is currently looking for an Electrical Engineer in Frankfurt, Germany.
As an Electrical Engineer, you will support key project stakeholders, manage engineering tasks, and ensure the successful delivery of project goals. You will work on high-profile engineering projects and lead coordination efforts, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and timelines.

Responsibilities & Duties
* Manage and liaise with key stakeholders (client, contractor, suppliers, sub-contractors) to support engineering requirements.
* Ensure information reporting to meet activity targets and deadlines, managing an Engineering Task Log.
* Review Design/IFC specifications and oversee design coordination to installation drawings with BIM personnel, ensuring spec compliance and scheduling.
* Manage RFIs and assist the installation team in meeting quality standards, codes, and project specifications, including validation and handover.
* Assess subcontractor/supplier tenders for technical compliance with design specifications.
* Ensure engineering activities align with the project schedule and manage technical submittals and approvals.
* Oversee material procurement using Engineering Materials Report (EMR) and ensure installation follows project specifications and QA plan.
* Manage subcontractors and ensure information flow aligns with project schedule, tracking progress in weekly meetings.
* Promote new engineering practices to enhance project delivery time.
* Prepare project completion criteria and closeout documents.
* Prepare subcontract and supplier tender packages with QS.
* Oversee Construction Work Packs development, implementation, and handover, supporting the construction team.
* Manage BIM priorities, modular concepts, and isometric generation for construction, and handle change management.
* Coach and support junior engineers in their development.
* Attend project meetings and planning sessions as needed.
What You’ll Need
* 5 - 7 years experience working with a recognised Electrical contractor
* Excellent organizational and project planning skills
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Proficient in using Navisworks and Database systems related to Engineering functions.
* Familiar with Project /Primavera planning software and CAD/BIM process
* Ability to manage workload and prioritise.
