As a Remote Cruise Booking Specialist you will be responsible for assisting clients with their cruise travel plans, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable booking experience. You will use your knowledge of cruise lines, itineraries, and travel regulations to provide expert advice and recommendations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for travel. (Due to regulations in the travel industry, we are only able to work with people who are citizens of the US, Mexico, Australia, and the UK.) Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with selecting and booking cruise packages, including accommodations, excursions, and travel insurance. Provide detailed information on cruise itineraries, ship amenities, and cabin options. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and courteous responses. Customize travel packages to meet clients' specific needs and preferences. Process payments and manage booking records using our reservation system. Stay up-to-date with the latest cruise industry trends, promotions, and travel regulations. Resolve any issues or concerns that arise before, during, or after the cruise. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Qualifications: Previous experience in travel booking or a related customer service role. Knowledge of major cruise lines and destinations is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in using reservation systems and CRM software. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
