This role is central to delivering outstanding service for users within the UK and across international locations in the US, Europe, and APAC.

This strategic position requires leadership in IT Service Management, overseeing policy development, service delivery standards, and vendor relationships to ensure a stable, efficient, and cost-effective service. The Director of IT Service Delivery will head essential functions, including IT Support, Service Management, Vendor Management, and IAM, supporting the company's continuous global expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a long-term service delivery strategy to support broader IT and business goals, with one- and three-year plans that align with growth objectives.
* Lead a “shift-left” approach to improve support efficiency, reduce incidents, and enhance user satisfaction.
* Promote Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) to control costs, boost service value, and ensure high-quality standards.
* Manage the Service Delivery team and third-party providers to deliver high-quality, customer-focused support.
* Create and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure performance and drive ongoing improvements.
* Serve as the senior escalation point for service delivery issues, ensuring timely resolutions and a positive service experience.
Essential Experience:
* Extensive experience leading Service Delivery and ITIL-based functions, with a record of successfully implementing ITIL strategies and processes.
* Proficiency in managing service desks and end-user computing teams across multiple time zones.
* Strong experience in vendor and supplier management, with expertise in contract oversight and supplier relationships.
* A commercially savvy professional with business acumen and the ability to present complex ideas effectively to stakeholders.
* Proven leadership experience managing diverse teams, fostering collaboration, and promoting a unified strategic vision.
