Gym Assistant - Greenock, Inverclyde Hours: 20 hours per week Job Summary The completion of all day to day club operational activities that take place within your JD Gym, whilst delivering world class SERVICE, exceptional STANDARDS and executing the brilliant basics in SALES process. Conducting daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks and reporting and chasing all defects, to ensure the building and its equipment is clean, safe, and working. Opening and closing the gym when required due to operational hours of the business. Hours/Days will be agreed with your line manager. Role Responsibilities Ensure that all policies and procedures in both the Health and Safety Employee Hand Book and Company Procedures Hand Book are adhered. Responsible for adhering to and maintaining the JD Gyms Brand Standard. Conduct daily, weekly, monthly safety checks. Report and chase all defects, to ensure the building and its equipment is safe to use. To work towards and aim to achieve all membership targets that are set. To ensure the whole of the gym facility is of the highest standard of cleanliness. To manage the weekly banking process so that wastage and variance is minimal, therefore maximising profit. To ensure uniform standards are being adhered to. To always deliver world class member service. To help create and support an environment where the club team enjoy themselves whilst at work. To undertake any other reasonable duties/projects/meetings, that may be required. To always be an ambassador of JD Gyms.
