This post will allow the successful individual to deliver an integrated service within Southend’s Education, Inclusion and Early Years Directorate, promoting inclusive practice in relation to all children and young people, advocating for positive mental health and wellbeing. Through statutory assessments and preventative strategies, including providing a range of assessments, training key adults, group work and multi-agency support, we aim to support children and young people to meet their academic and strong social development, enabling them to be the best they can be.
