Role: Vascular Scientist Banding: Band 7 Location: Basildon Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Hours: Full-time / Weekends Rate: £50 - £65 per hour About the role: The Clinical Physiology team at Pulse is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Vascular Scientist to join our dynamic team in Basildon. Duties and Responsibilities: You will perform vascular ultrasound examinations and assessments. You will analyze and interpret ultrasound data to diagnose vascular conditions. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care. You will maintain accurate and detailed patient records. You will participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement activities. Qualifications and Experience: Essential: Clinical PFT/LFT experience. Relevant qualifications and registration as a Respiratory Physiologist. Experience in a similar role, preferably within the NHS. Proven experience in vascular ultrasound. Desirable: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work weekends.
