This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality physiotherapy care to patients in an acute medical setting, with a focus on renal, endocrine, and gastroenterology patients. The role requires experience in a fast-paced hospital environment and the ability to deliver comprehensive physiotherapy interventions in a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities: As a Band 6 Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with a variety of acute medical conditions, including renal, endocrine, and gastrointestinal disorders. You will provide both inpatient and outpatient physiotherapy care, working in a fast-paced NHS environment, and contributing to patient rehabilitation and recovery. Your caseload will require you to deliver tailored treatment plans, manage patient progress, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. You will also be expected to provide patient education, advice, and support, ensuring that patients are involved in their recovery process. Experience in acute medical settings will be essential, particularly in managing complex cases and urgent physiotherapy needs. Qualifications and Experience: HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent Proven experience working in acute medical settings, particularly with renal, endocrine, and gastroenterology patients Experience in managing a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize patient care effectively Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills DBS check required Why work with Pulse?
