The Role: To provide excellent data and systems analysis, focusing on delivery of exceptional and compliant reward processes including Workday elements for Reward, Payroll and beyond. This role will also be key payroll back-up. Salary: Competitive. The Team: Join our Reward team of three, part of the wider People function. We are supportive group working together to make a difference What you will be responsible for: Total Reward Act as a first point of contact for total reward queries from employees and the People team (e.g. benefits queries, bonus calculations) Provide support to Head of Reward and lead on analysis activities including: Coordinating and preparing our data for participation in benchmarking surveys followed by analysing the data received to review our market position Consolidating, analysing and interpreting data (such as Gender and Ethnicity pay gap and CEO pay ratio) Providing regular compensation reports to forecast spend and inform budgets (e.g. bonus accrual to Finance) Continuously improve reward processes to ensure we are compliant and provide an exceptional employee experience Payroll Provide accurate data submissions to our benefits providers each month and respond to any queries Payroll and Benefits Adviser back-up and cover on non-working days to respond to queries and liaise with the third party providers where appropriate Monitor and resolve queries relating to the data feed from Workday to our outsourced payroll provider (via PECI) People Systems Support audits, reporting and governance reviews relating to systems and reward, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance Contribute to Workday (and associated systems) modifications and enhancements throughout the year, as identified and agreed in our prioritisation process, including UAT (user acceptance testing) Play a key role in the Workday configuration/UAT and support the annual compensation cycle (salary review and bonus) and smooth running of our share schemes, including tracking progress against the plan and providing analytical support Amend and create reports on Workday to support effective reward processes Respond to day-to-day People systems queries, this will include managing 2nd line (escalated) process and technical queries; for example, troubleshooting business process issues General Actively contribute to wider People Team projects and build effective working relationships and exchanging knowledge with the People Systems Lead and Payroll & Benefits Adviser allowing for continuity of service during busy periods or times of absence Your skills, experience and qualifications: Essential criteria Planning and organising skills with the ability to work to deadlines Strong understanding of, or desire to develop knowledge and skills in reward processes and People Systems Advanced Excel skills High level of awareness of GDPR and data governance Capacity to maintain high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information Exceptional attention to detail with ability to check and spot errors in your own work as well as the ability to peer review the work of others Excellent analytical skills and commitment to delivering high quality work Life and Benefits at Landsec We have a great benefits package, there to support you with your work-life balance and in moments that matter.
