Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students with special educational needs. Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate individual learning styles and abilities. Create a supportive and structured learning environment that promotes confidence and independence. Work collaboratively with SENCOs, teaching assistants, and external professionals to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and adapting learning plans accordingly. Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to ensure a consistent and supportive approach. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant SEN teaching experience. Proven experience working as an SEN Teacher or in a similar role. Strong understanding of SEN strategies and differentiated teaching approaches. A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
