Hours are flexible, full time or part time; can fit around school hours. The role will be home-based with regular visits to their offices in Aberdeen, Perth, Dundee, and Kinross.

18. Basic pay of FTE £28,000 to £30,000 p/a, depending on experience (pro rata for part time).
19. Monthly Performance Related Bonus, with no caps. The better they do, the more you earn, with an OTE of £70,000 p/a.
20. Annual Performance Related Bonus of £5,000 for reaching company’s annual goal. If they reach this before the year, it will be paid as soon as it’s reached.
21. Mainly home-based, with the occasional requirement to travel to networking meetings, client offices and to meet colleagues face-to-face in their offices in Aberdeen, Dundee, Perth, and Kinross.
