Are you a passionate and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to inspire and motivate students? We are seeking an enthusiastic MFL Teacher to join our dynamic and supportive team in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, starting in September 2025. Whether you're an experienced teacher or a newly qualified teacher (NQT), this is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on students' language learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and high-quality MFL lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
* Foster a love for languages, encouraging students to achieve their full potential.
* Develop and implement creative and effective strategies to teach MFL (French, Spanish, German, or other languages, depending on the school's offer).
* Track and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
* Contribute to the development and enhancement of the MFL curriculum.
* Support extracurricular activities, such as language clubs, trips, and cultural events.
* Participate in school events, training, and development.
The Ideal Candidate:
* A qualified teacher with a degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching MFL at Key Stage 3 and/or Key Stage 4 is desirable.
* A passion for languages and a desire to inspire students to appreciate other cultures and languages.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* Innovative, creative, and flexible teaching approach.
* Ability to contribute to the development of the MFL curriculum and school ethos.
