Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Colne for a Chef De Partie. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing and cooking dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and assisting the Head Chef in ensuring the quality and consistency of food. Other tasks include supervising junior kitchen staff, ordering supplies, and adhering to health and safety standards.
Qualifications
* Culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
* Experience in managing a specific kitchen section and maintaining kitchen hygiene
* Ability to supervise and train junior kitchen staff
* Knowledge of ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
* Excellent understanding of health and safety standards and food regulations
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Relevant culinary qualification or equivalent experience
