We are looking for a Waste Water Regional Network Manager to join Thames Water permanently.
You will guide and develop the South London Region Sewer Network Team.
As part of the Wastewater South Region Leadership Team, this role is accountable for the day-to-day operational delivery of wastewater network services for customers across South London.
What you will be doing as a Waste Water Regional Network Manager?
* Overseeing Thames Water's customer service and the management of the Waste Sewer System across South London.
* Ensuring millions of customers have access to reliable and efficient waste management systems.
* Coordinating complex logistical operations, compliance with regulatory standards, and implementing innovative solutions.
* Maintaining a robust and responsive waste management network to preserve public health and protect the environment.
* Leading stakeholder engagement and driving future asset investment for relevant systems.
* Managing service delivery via third-party contractors.
* Meeting customer expectations by driving performance and ensuring compliance with obligations.
* Optimising investment to minimise risk and drive a culture of operational excellence.

* Ability to proactively engage and influence stakeholders and develop sustainable relationships.

* Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and control costs.
