We're seeking a dedicated Education Support Specialist to join our team at Brookthorpe Hall School, part of Options Autism. Our school is an independent specialist day school for boys and girls aged 7-16 with a wide range of needs.
As a key member of our staff, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our pupils. We're looking for someone qualified to Higher Level Teaching Assistant standard with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Your responsibilities will include preparing learning materials, running classroom activities, and supervising pupils during outdoor experiences. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience through ongoing training and professional development.
