While the company already holds Investors in People accreditation, this role will involve ensuring that necessary documentation and processes remain up to date and aligned with best practices. What are the key responsibilities for this HR role? Reviewing and updating employee records to ensure compliance Supporting HR with administrative backlog clearance Supporting the team with learning & development Assisting in maintaining and improving Investors in People processes Ensuring HR documentation and policies are properly organised What skills and experience do I need for this HR role?
