Senior Business Support Assistant, Agency Services Base office location may vary dependent upon suitable candidate - anticipated balance of home and office working £24,505 per annum 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm If you are looking for a varied role where no two days are the same, then this role may be the perfect opportunity for you This is an exciting role within Sanctuary Supported Living (SSL), encompassing the full complement of the Agency services business support functions, supporting the Agency team you will be responsible for the day-to-day enquiries from wider business colleagues, external partners and customers. You will be providing administrative support for this strategic nationwide team. This involves a wide range of tasks from compliance monitoring, managing ad hoc enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, performance monitoring and specific projects all within the agency service. Your work will directly support the team of Agency Managers by assisting with requests for administrative and practical support, minute taking, helping to set up premises management systems and occasionally, accompany managers to on-site visits/inspections. The successful candidate will ideally have come from an administrative background, who is highly organised and with a proven history of managing and prioritising a varied workload. This is a remote based role, and you will not necessarily be working with members of your own team, so experience working remotely will be advantageous. The role of Senior Business Support Assistant will include: Advising and delivering an administrative service to all schemes in Sanctuary Supported Living, with a mix of remote and on-site working Provide support to Business Support Assistants to help complete tasks, and helping with their training Approving shopping carts and monitoring workflow of Business Support Assistants Communicating with team members around various regions to ensure standards are maintained to a consistently high level Support the Business Support Team leader with more in-depth tasks and responsibilities, such as minute taker for HR meetings and high value purchase orders Skills and experiences: Experience of working in a similar role within a Supported Living or Customer service setting would be advantageous Ability to support training across a variety of platforms - in person, remotely and reordered training sessions. Knowledge and experience of using SAP and other internal systems is desirable Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. The ability to manage your own varied workload and to work to deadlines A good level of experience and knowledge with Microsoft systems including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
