For our Energy Infrastructure Team, we are searching for an enthusiastic Technical Sales Engineer to help grow our business in Europe. The main focus will be on applications with Energy Storage Systems in commercial, industrial, and Electric Vehicle (EV) charging applications.
Your main responsibilities are:
* Provide technical support to sales and product marketing in an accurate and timely manner.
* Support the proposal preparation process.
* Prepare proposals and advise on solutions.
* Manage technical customer requirements in collaboration with the product management and development team from specification to acceptance.
* Assist in identifying new market opportunities; supervise local grid codes, legislation, and standards.
* Provide occasional on-site technical support at the customer site for complex technical challenges.
* Support relationship management and service delivery to business customers in Europe.
* Conduct planning, installation & service trainings.
* Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our company's product lines.
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
* 3-5 years of experience with Energy Storage Systems or Power Conditioning Systems.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Chinese (advantage).
* Excellent technical knowledge related to the integration of different systems (interfaces & control) and understanding of Energy Storage Systems.
* Installation experience/certificate to work in 1000VAC and 1500VDC (advantage).
* Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to specify customer requirements to the product management & development department.
* Capable of self-managing daily tasks with the ability to work independently as well as part of an international team.
* Customer focus, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
