Compliance Administrator
* Annual Salary: £30,000
* Location: Grays
* Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm)
* Annual Leave: 20 days plus Bank Holidays
* Probation Period: 3 months
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing general administrative duties in a dynamic, professional environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Document Management: Process, log, scan, photocopy, and file all necessary paperwork electronically, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
* Personnel Processing: Handle sensitive personnel information in compliance with GDPR, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all processes.
* Procurement Support: Assist in raising Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with our Procurement Procedures to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisitions.
* Health & Safety Documentation: Collaborate with the Compliance Manager and Compliance & Resources Director to maintain and update all necessary Health & Safety documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Database Management: Manage and update intranet and database documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an administrative role.
* Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
* High proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and office management software.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information.
* Knowledge of GDPR and experience in handling personnel data securely.
* Experience in handling Health & Safety documentation is preferred.
