If you have a strong background in the management of multidisciplinary engineering teams delivering projects ideally in a regulated energy infrastructure engineering environment – we want to hear from you AtkinsRéalis is looking to build teams who can cover all elements of a project lifecycle - Pre-FEED, FEED, detail design, procurement, manufacture, construction/installation and commissioning. In addition to having strong communication and leadership skills, you will be able to demonstrate a selection of the following desirable experience and attributes: Experience of managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams, with recent experience of successfully managing either a portfolio of smaller engineering teams or the engineering team on a large design project or EP/EPC/EPCM project. Good commercial skills, with direct experience of delivery of engineering within a highly regulated industry (e.g. nuclear, power, oil and gas, chemicals, large scale infrastructure). Bidding and winning work. Capable and confident of leading, building and maintaining strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders. High level of integrity.
