The purpose of the role is to support and coordinate the children and family's workforce training activity with the help and under the direction of the Learning and Development Manager. We have good transport links into Central London and are easily accessible to the M25, A10 and A406. About you You will need to be organised, with good communication skills and IT skills. You will be required to be a key point of contact for training enquiries. An interest in workforce development would be desirable. You will be supported in this role with regular reflective supervision.
