We are currently recruiting for an Senior Tax Analyst to join our established and experienced Finance team here at RSA on a hybrid basis. Your Role As the Senior Tax Analyst you will provide specialist tax advice and guidance to the Board, Executive Management team and wider organisation in the UK, Europe and Canada to enable informed planning and decision making. You will provide specialist tax advice as required to ad hoc projects to support commercial targets and/or changes in the external market, regulation and best practice. You will manage transfer pricing across the RSA group, including group TP policy; documentation for head office recharges, country by country reporting and regional oversight, liaising with IFC. You will assist with the UK&I’s financial accounting and Solvency II (SII) reporting procedures. You will manage the work of junior staff in the UK tax team where appropriate and manage larger international tax projects. You will build and manage relationships between the Group and external tax advisers in order to ensure that the Group always has access to specialist advice. One of the two position's will work on the UK&I Pillar 2 project including provision of tax advice and assistance with compliance review. About You To be successful in this role you will have UK corporate tax knowledge and experience. You will have knowledge of international tax and transfer pricing values. You will also have tax accountancy experience. You will have experience of working on international and multi-disciplinary projects. You will have experience of the delegation of work and management of projects. You will have experience of building effective relationships. You will be able to understand and evaluate information.
