Administrator, to work in Craigavon with our Public Sector client
£11.67 per hour plus paid holiday hours and weekly payment of wages the week after your working week
37 1/2 hours, Monday - Friday, 9am- 5pm
Ongoing temporary contract until 31/3/25 with review to extend
CRITERIA
1. 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language or equivalent / higher qualification AND 1 years’ experience in a clerical/ administrative role
OR 2 years experience in a clerical/administrative role
AND Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Word
DUTIES
Taking notes at meeting
Collating reports / statements
Incoming / Outgoing mail duties
Deal with members of the public in person and on the phone
Support Management
