What you will be doing
As our Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you will check and authorise information relating to a variety of income streams accurately and in line with organisational and customers' Service Level Agreement Key Performance Indicators, providing customer service support for the Accounts Receivable Assistant and supporting the Accounts Receivable Manager.
You will evaluate and authorise sales ledger invoices, credit notes and related documents accurately and in a timely manner. You will also manage and resolve tour company invoice queries, dealing with reconciliation and debt collection priorities, escalating where necessary.
