Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service? Our client is currently seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and varied role where you’ll support both internal teams and customers.
As an Administrator, you’ll benefit from:

Weekly pay - upto £13.08 per hour
Early finish on alternate Fridays
As an Administrator, you will:
Entering customer information into the company systems
Administering customer orders and ensuring they are processed accurately
Handling customer payments and maintaining up-to-date records
Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Preparing and issuing necessary documentation to the relevant departments
Managing customer information to ensure accuracy
Prioritising tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines
As an Administrator, your skills and experience will include
Previous experience in administration or customer service roles
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
