My client is looking to recruit a head of sales who will be responsible for driving the sales function of the business for all high-profile events, weddings, corporate functions and much more.
Utilising the resources of business data and analytics, this role will focus on improving conversion rates, qualifying sales leads and managing the sales team to ensure successful sales conversions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who would enjoy working in a luxury independent run hospitality business. The role will evolve over time when the business starts to fully establish itself over the next 18 months.
