We’re working closely with a specialist behaviour school in Treorchy that supports children and young people with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. This school is looking for a passionate individual – ideally with military experience – who is ready to bring their strength, structure, and calm approach into the classroom.

About the Role:
* Supporting students who present with challenging behaviour
* Leading or assisting in structured, focused lessons or intervention groups
* Providing calm, consistent behaviour management
* Helping pupils feel safe, supported, and motivated
* Working collaboratively with a committed school team and Teaching Personnel consultant

✅ We’re Looking For:
* Former Armed Forces or Military Personnel – no teaching experience required
* Someone with natural authority, patience, and emotional resilience
* A confident communicator who can de-escalate challenging situations calmly
* A role model who is passionate about helping young people get back on track
* A willingness to complete training – we provide CPD and behavioural support training to get you school-ready
