Job Overview:
As an Electrical Design Engineer in a small team, you will select and configure the electrical systems and sensors for industrial lifting gear. You will also have the opportunity to program and configure controls and sensors on industrial lifting gear.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Electrical design job with ongoing product training and working with the latest electrical systems, sensors, and controls.
2. Design industrial lifting gear solutions using modern electrical systems and controls.
3. Support or program electrical controls, produce Electrical Schematics, and Electrical Engineering Drawings.
4. Occasional hands-on wiring work and electrical engineering activities in the workshop.
Working Environment:
You will be part of a friendly practical team that collaborates closely. This small company values its team members with realistic workloads, ongoing training, and the right equipment to get the job done right.
Additional Information:
1. Monday to Friday, 38 hours/week.
2. Working with Demag's and modern equipment including Siemens controls, camera guidance, and digital alignment devices.
3. Ongoing training in the latest equipment and opportunities to specialize in areas of interest.
Salary:
£45,000 salary, flexible according to experience, plus 4% pension.
