About the role
ABC Teachers is currently recruiting for a passionate Music Supply Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Solihull on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed educator seeking a flexible, long-term role, working 3 days a week.
As a Music Supply Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging and dynamic Music lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
* Encourage creativity and develop students’ confidence in their musical abilities.
* Plan and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum (if required).
* Support and guide students in both practical and theoretical aspects of Music.
* Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the success of the Music department.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Music Teacher you will:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Proven experience teaching Music at secondary level.
* Strong classroom management and the ability to motivate and engage students.
* A commitment to working 3 days per week on a long-term basis.
* Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* a suitable qualification to teach Music i.e PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS
