The Role

We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Director to drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and identify new market opportunities. This role requires a dynamic, strategic leader with exceptional sales, negotiation, and industry expertise.


Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in sheet metal fabrication and laser cutting.
2. Identify and capitalize on high-value business opportunities through networking and market research.
3. Manage and grow £500K+ key accounts, ensuring strong customer retention and satisfaction.
4. Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry leaders, and internal teams.
