5. Support the department with H&S documents, procedures, job packs, and programmes as required.
6. Support the team in managing customer H&S communications, tenders, pre and post project documentation.
7. Investigate incidents and accidents to establish root causes.
8. Provide H&S reports and data to the UK H&S manager and Energy Services management team.
9. Manage the application of H&S internally and externally with our clients and supporting contractors.

11. Oversee customer and subcontractor H&S relationships.
12. Attending meetings in Thame, at sites and customer premises when required.
13. Carry out site audits, inspections, procedural checks and improve procedures.
14. Manage commercial requirements by writing and issuing H&S documents, work packs, CDM plans and construction phase plans.
15. Support external ISO audits, client audits and ensure legal compliance at all times.

Requirements:
1. Professional certification in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) preferred.

6. Strong understanding of risk management methodologies and techniques.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
