Role Overview We are searching for a talented and strategic Global Head of Total Rewards to lead our global initiatives in compensation, benefits, and job grading systems. This pivotal role will focus on refining, enhancing, and aligning our total rewards strategy to successfully attract, retain, and engage exceptional talent across diverse markets. Based in either Houston or Aberdeen and reporting to senior HR leadership, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our total rewards programs are not only competitive and equitable but also fully aligned with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities Job Grading Framework : Establish and execute a leading job grading and career development framework, utilizing models such as Mercer or Towers Watson. Standardize job titles and associate global employees with compensation data and career advancement pathways. Compensation : Spearhead the strategy for market data, salary planning, and annual incentive cycles. Offer data-driven insights for market pay assessments and suggest new reward systems that promote a high-performance culture. Benefits : Manage the global benefits portfolio, oversee vendor relationships, and perform market assessments to ensure competitive and locally tailored benefits. Explore avenues for cost reduction and program streamlining. Incentive Programs : Propose, design, and implement incentive initiatives that effectively attract and retain talent within our industry. Reporting : Analyze and interpret data associated with Total Reward, and present findings to senior leadership as required. Requirements 15 years of HR and Total Rewards experience, with a proven track record in global compensation and benefits. Strong analytical skills with expertise in job grading, market data analysis, and compensation planning. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strategic mindset and cultural sensitivity to navigate diverse markets.
