Kingsley Developments offers an exciting opportunity within our rapidly growing residential development business for at least two Site Managers to assist with delivering our residential projects. We have a pipeline of projects in central Cornwall, starting in 2025 (and more in 2026), with unit numbers ranging from 5 to 60+. Most schemes feature high-quality, bespoke designs, as Kingsley Developments builds a unique brand of quality homes as a family-run Cornish firm. The salary ranges from £35-55k, negotiable based on experience, plus bonuses and significant career progression opportunities.
Our strong funding and proven track record position us ahead of many peers, fueling our continued growth and site acquisition plans. This is a highly promising time to join our firm and be part of our ambitious future.

A strong work ethic and commitment to excellence and success. Loyalty and hard work are highly valued, and your dedication will be rewarded.

Strong knowledge of current building practices, regulations, and warranty standards.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Excel is preferred but not essential; excellent computer skills are required.
Rewards and benefits
Salary negotiable from £35-55k based on experience.
Performance-related bonuses annually or upon project completion.
28 days holiday including bank holidays.
We welcome applicants of all experience levels with site management experience. We are committed to investing in training, including potential Chartership, for the right candidate.
