Our client is recruiting for an Office Manager to join their rapidly growing company. Managing a team of five, you will be essential in delivering exceptional customer service while working to drive the marketing and sales within the team.
Passionate about their sector, the company is looking for the right candidate to be the first point of contact for customers and will report directly to the CEO and business owner.
This office-based role is in Beckley, and the hours of work will be 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.
Duties of the Office Manager:
1. Respond to customer queries coming in via phone or email.
2. Generate sales leads and new growth opportunities.
3. Prepare and manage quotations.
4. Develop a marketing strategy and work to execute this.
5. Create and schedule engaging content, managing the company’s social media.
6. Conduct market analysis and use this to identify opportunities.
7. Plan and coordinate trade shows.
8. Control the marketing budget, maximising it across requirements.
9. Streamline office processes.
10. Maintain organisation and an up-to-date CRM.
11. Check and order office supplies.
12. Adhoc administration tasks.
Personal Attributes of the Office Manager:
1. Previous experience within office management and customer service.
2. Excellent organisation skills.
3. Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
4. Show creativity and innovation, being able to work independently.
5. Computer literacy and able to use Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, and a familiarity with CRM systems.
6. Marketing experience and previous use of systems would be beneficial but is not required.
Offering £35,000-£40,000 per annum and great benefits to include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays rising to 28 after 3 years, free onsite parking with electric chargers, relaxed dress code.
