Key Responsibilities
As Head of Geography, you will:
Develop and execute strategies for teaching and learning in the Geography department
Lead curriculum planning and implementation
Drive professional development within the department
Inspire and motivate both students and staff
Contribute to the school's overall academic success
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Geography teacher who possesses:
A relevant degree in Geography or a related field
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven teaching experience at secondary level, ideally within a similar setting
Strong leadership skills with a track record of departmental success
Passion for inspiring students and fostering a love for Geography
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Right to work in the UK
