Property and Retail Account Executive
Location: West London
Pay Rate: £150-£180 per day (PAYE)
Contract Type: Temporary (3 months, with possible extension)

About the Role
We are recruiting a proactive and detail-oriented Property and Retail Account Executive for a temporary opportunity with one of the UK’s most iconic organisations. This role offers the chance to support retail and property operations in a fast-paced environment, helping to deliver exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence.
As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales, ensure compliance, and champion sustainability initiatives. Your contributions will directly impact operational standards, tenant relationships, and the success of retail and property services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Retail/Property Business Partners to maximise sales, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
* Analyse performance data to identify and implement initiatives to improve sales and service standards.
* Ensure compliance with fire safety, health and safety, and contractual obligations for tenants.
* Coordinate logistics operations, including delivery management and back-of-house optimisation.
* Participate in crisis management, maintaining service levels during challenging times.
* Champion sustainability practices and ensure tenants adhere to environmental guidelines.
* Assist in onboarding new business partners, including operational setup and ongoing support.
* Conduct fire risk assessments for non-complex retail and property units (training provided).
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in one or more of the following fields: fire safety, health and safety, facilities management, compliance, risk management, or property operations.
* Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with a focus on analytical and data management skills.
* Understanding of fire safety regulations, health and safety, and building compliance (preferred but not essential).
* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
