General Responsibilities: Assisting in validation checks Investigating suppliers and bookings using the information provided by the customer Analyzing information and making conclusions in an efficient manner about the legitimacy of the supplier/booking Make justifiable decisions in regard to evidence found and relate this to how we can proceed with new customers Requirements and Skills: Experience in a research environment is advantageous Must be confident in using a computer Prior experience with Microsoft Office Software within a Customer Service role is desirable Preferably Fluent in a second language (Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian etc.) There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
