You will have experience working with common mental health problems and be able to provide initial assessments of client needs, including risk assessment. You will deliver a range of evidence-based, high-volume, low-intensity psychological interventions based on a self-management model. The range of interventions will include both individual and group work, and candidates must be confident and competent in delivering interventions using a variety of communication mediums such as telephone work, e-consultation, and face-to-face activities.
You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work on your own initiative as well as within a team. You must also be willing to travel among a variety of venues within the service.
