Our client is a Devon-based modern law practice with a diverse client base which they are still expanding.
On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a Private Client Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis. This is a first-rate opportunity to join a highly regarded and well-established team, where you will have the chance to develop your career further amongst highly professional colleagues.
You will have responsibility for preparing and drafting legal documents, including Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney based on client’s instructions. You will be expected to:
1. Liaise with clients and third parties.
2. Deal with new client enquiries.
3. Assist the team with their file management.
4. Help organise seminars and other business development events.
5. Attend will signings as a witness; very often these are out of the office, so it’s preferable that you can drive.
Previous experience of drafting Wills and LPAs, and working in a similar role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
Please get in touch if you would like more information about this role or send your CV via the form below in complete confidence, and we will get back to you.
Legal Southwest will never, without exception, send out your CV without your prior knowledge or consent, so please be assured that we treat every application with the utmost confidentiality.
