Your Role
In this pivotal position, you will develop and nurture relationships with Corporate and SME prospects by blending traditional telemarketing with modern sales development techniques. Your main responsibility will be to identify potential business clients, engage them through various channels, and set the stage for our Leasing Consultants to convert leads into new vehicle orders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate interest in our products and services among potential B2B clients.
2. Qualify Leads: Understand and articulate the business needs, challenges, and decision-making processes of prospects.
3. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients, and strategic partners to facilitate future sales opportunities.
4. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate meetings for our Leasing Consultants with qualified leads.
5. Demonstrate Services: Conduct video calls via MS Teams or Zoom to showcase ancillary services, such as Business Energy Procurement and Fleet Management Software.
6. Contract Management: Oversee and report on the end-of-contract renewal process, ensuring proactive follow-up.
7. Support Lead Generation: Manage and update our Tactical Special Offers and Deals.
8. Networking: Attend relevant business networking and development events to expand our reach.
9. Sales Tracking: Accurately document and track all sales activities in our CRM system, providing insights to the team.
10. Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends to refine our sales processes and approaches.
11. Customer Experience: Strive to secure the best outcomes for customers, delivering an exceptional experience.
Skills & Qualifications
1. Proven experience in outbound telemarketing, sales development, or a similar role.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
3. Ability to understand and effectively articulate the value of our offerings.
4. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
7. An interest in the automotive sector is a plus, but not essential.
