Warranty Administrator
Location: Mercedes Benz Truck & Van Southampton
Hours: 45 Hours per week Monday to Friday
Salary: Basic Salary + OTE up to £35,400

The Role
We are currently seeking a Warranty Administrator to join the Aftersalesteaminour Mercedes Benz Truck & Van dealership in Southampton to oversee processes related to warranty work. This role works closely with the workshop and service advisor teams and is crucial to ensuring the correct steps are followed to complete warranty work correctly.
What will I do on a daily basis?
1. Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all Warranty and department administration
2. Achieve all allocated objectives for the department and operate within the law at all times
3. Plan ahead and manage time carefully to ensure all tasks are achieved within the agreed time scales.
4. Greet customers and visitors prompt, courteously, and professionally
5. Ensure all Group, Manufacturer, policies and practices and Statutory Legislation are strictly adhered to
