Key Responsibilities: Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff. Deliver set lesson plans and ensure pupils remain on task with their work. Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies. Provide feedback to teaching staff about student behaviour and lesson engagement.
