Human Resources Information System Specialist
Our client is a global insurance business looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.
As an HRIS Analyst, you will deliver a comprehensive and professional global Workday/HR technical service to managers and employees in line with Service Level Agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a functional and technical expert for Workday
* Work with the global HRIS team to manage the prioritization and execution of Workday fixes
* Support automation and process improvements across all HR Systems
* Perform detailed manipulation of complex data via tools such as spreadsheets and EIB’s
* Assist with system changes and upgrades
* Ensure Workday integration with key business systems
* Provide training and support for stakeholders
Experience:
* Experience with Talent & Performance modules.
* Excellent knowledge of Workday, covering HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Learning, Recruiting and Time Tracking
* Technical skills across a wide range of technology products
* Operational skills e.g. processes, procedures, data analysis
* Excellent HR experience and knowledge
Location:
* Predominantly remote with occasional travel to their London office.
