This would suit a candidate with experience of junior leadership within residential care who is now looking for the next step. The successful candidate will oversee a team of Support Workers, providing direct supervision, and managing the daily operations of the home. Additionally, you will step in to support the Registered Manager in the supervision and support of the staff with their tasks, review documents including casework files and risk management. Key responsibilities will include: Manage a team of Support Workers. Provide regular supervision and training. Be a positive role model for the children within Amegreen Children’s Services. Assume any administrative tasks as assigned by the home's manager.
