Position Description:
* Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently
* Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC split systems and boilers, performing repairs and preventive upkeep
* Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch list
* Collaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
* Uphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appeal
* Provide top-notch customer service to our residents
Position Requirements:
* Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
* Experience and knowledge in residential maintenance, electrical, plumbing, basic carpentry and appliance repair
* Demonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC split systems and boilers is preferred
* Provide own tools, a valid driver’s license, and have reliable transportation
* Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
* Maintain physical fitness suitable for job demands, including prolonged standing or walking, operation of equipment, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
* Pay range $23-27/hr pending on experience
